My initial interview was with one of the internal recruiters to talk about the company and a high-level overview of my experience. After that, she introduced me to one of the business development employees as well as a client service lead to talk more specifically about how I might fit-in with some of their projects. From there, we discussed specific opportunities and an offer, which i accepted. The whole process took a few weeks but they were always honest and up front with me about the current status and next steps.

Nothing unexpected. The interviews were mostly about past experience and future work and project goals.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
