Applied on their website, few days later got an email to set up a 30 min initial phone interview with a recruiter. He then set up an in person interview with the tech lead for the next week. In person interview was one on one informal talking about my history, my career interest the company and the job. few days later the recruiter called saying I did not get the position, and gave me feedback from the one on one. During the interview process everyone was extremely professional and I really appropriate they did no hide behind an email to inform me I did not get the job.

Probably the worst hiring experience I have ever encountered.
Did a series of interviews and was offered a role.
The Company reached out a month later about a role and said I would get an offer letter within a week. Nothing. I then reached out a month later and was told something will come in the new year.
I would never work with a company that does things this way.
Unacceptable and unprofessional!!
