After initial screening there was a 30-hour long conversation with some managers and leaders. The next round was the technical part having been given 8 hours to work on a project and then present findings for 30 minutes. Lastly, a one on one with one of the directors.

Straight forward - no major challenging questions. Behavioral mostly for the associate level, mine consisted of a 30 min call with manager and it was 20 minutes of regular chat

Entretien
3 interviews. First 2 were about my experience, suitability for the role. Final interview a week after the 2nd was a data presentation task, presenting dataset in any way I chose.
Case study with 1 hour to prepare your answer and able to use any resources available. Straightforward case study with an hour to prepare before they call you back. You're able to use any resources at your disposal making it pretty easy.
