Not technical enough to really be thorough for filtering out bad candidates. Was interviewing for a Java development role with only two years experience, though felt the questions were still too basic compared to previous job interview immediately out of college. Interview questions tested basic domain knowledge of programming language experience, but less about sheer ability to think and reason in code.
Recruiter screening focused on background and fit, followed by a hiring manager interview assessing technical and consulting skills, and a final director round evaluating strategic thinking, communication, and overall alignment.

Entretien
Initial HR interview then interview with hiring manager and then never heard again from the company. Reached out multiple times for follow up on whether moving forward or not, and never got a response. Job posting still on.
5 or 6 rounds, including a technical screening panel interview. Role-based questions and specific scenarios. Met with various practice leaders and engagement leads. The whole process took about 6 weeks.
