It's a three part interview process. The first part is a phone screening with general interview questions. The second is a mock call and the third is another interview with upper management. I had my interview for the second and third part over a zoom call with two members from upper management at the same time. Before your second interview they ask that you familiarize yourself with the product. Although I practiced and familiarized myself with the basics of Smartsheet, I stumped on moving forward to a solution in the mock call which was my fault since I was nervous. Smartsheet is quite broad in it's capabilities as a product so it's hard to predict the scenario that will be given to you. The interviewer will provide two Smartsheet resources and a scenario to test your problem solving approach. They advise that the mock call is meant to "test" your approach to problem solving but because the question is quite simple, I believe they still want you to reach a solution while demonstrating how you got there. After the mock call they both asked me questions to learn more about me.
