Entretien
Applied online. Was contacted the same day to setup a phone interview/screening. Arranged interview/screening call for the next day. Typical screening questions about my background and experience.
Recruiter asked if I had used the software. I acknowledged I had not - it had only been 1 day since discovered the company and I applied. Recruiter asked that before they put my application in front of the hiring manager if I would take some time to install the software and write up thoughts and feedback about the software that they could include with the submission to the hiring manager. I agreed and spent a few hours the next day working with, reviewing, and writing up my experience and thoughts.
Submitted details and did not receive acknowledgement from the recruiter. Waited a couple of days and then sent a follow up email, with details attached, asking if they received the information and if there was anything further they needed - no response. Sent a third follow up message - no response. Very unprofessional.

Was contacting by a staffing agency for a Customer Service position. I met with the hiring manager in person first and she asks alot of questions to get a feel for your character and how you are perceived to fit in with her team. I was invited back for a second round interview and met with 5 individuals for three separate interviews.
My first interview was with one individual and was geared toward reviewing my experience. The second interview was geared around your process or steps to find or come to a solution. They asked how to accomplish certain tasks using Smartsheet. The third interview of the day was again inquiring about experience and your customer focus. Finally I met with the hiring manager again for a written sample. I was given a prompt and asked to compose an email response to the prompt.
All of the interviews were very fluid conversations with the interviewer. There were no unexpected or trick questions asked during this process.
