The whole process took two weeks between the screen call and the final stage. First round was an on-site GMAT-style test, b y groups of 10. Approximately 20% of people followed to the next round. Next round comprised a 4-hour long process of three consecutive interviews/cases with senior members of the firm.

The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
