Entretien
4 one hour interviews, each with 15 minutes of fit and then a case. Last interview is with a partner or director. The case is obviously the most important although some people can be moved by the fit. Use the situation - task - action - result, otherwise known as STAR, format for the fit interview. Keep your answers structured and make sure to revert back to the questions for the case.

Process was a mess; HR talked down to me in the interview and stated she didn’t want to “waste her time”. I empathize that HR hates her job but it was unprofessional to outright say it to a candidate, especially at a professional services firm where EQ is important.
HR informed me all 4 interviews are scheduled in a single day - and then when only one interview was scheduled, I followed up. Only then did she inform me there would only be one interview. HR has very poor communication skills and did not proactively communicate the change.
The interviewer however was great. Professional, friendly, and acted with class and respect.
