Not a good experience, felt very unproffesional. The first round is inductive reasoning (40 questions) and numerical (20 questions) tests, 20 minutes each. They send a sample test before that have almost nothing to do with the real tests, I recommend not to count on it for practice, the sample test contain 20 math problems which only 4 of them based on graphs, while the real numerical test contain only graph based questions, and no mentions at all in the sample test for the inductive questions. Next round was a group case, they presented a business scenario and we needed to analyze it and present it to them in 40 minutes, we were tested by 2 people – a consultant that work there for 1 year, and a HR worker that worked there for 1 month as they stated before of us, it feels to me very unprofessional that a company at this scale make recruitment decisions by 2 newly employees that have no major working experience in the company, full disclosure I wasn't passed this phase. In addition, at the beginning the HR person didn’t gave us a chance to ask questions about the role, and when we did it, she told us to email her about it. I send them mail but never got a response.
