Entretien
The first round consists of 3 interviews with people that work for 2-5 years at the firm. The last round consists of 3 interviews with partners and directors.
All interviews have a personal experience part and a case part. Although in the second round this feels less rigid than in the first round.

Super angenehme und wirklich interessierte Interviewer, mit denen man super connecten kann. Habe ich bei MBB anders erlebt. Klassisches Consulting Interview mit Personal fit und Case Study. Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

Entretien
The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
