Fairly straightforward strategy consulting interview process vs other firms, there are no strange components that would be hard to prepare for. The beginning portion of each interview covered behavioral / intro types of questions, and the latter portion was a case interview

Der Prozess mit allen 3 Runden ist remote und an einem Tag erledigt, inklusive Vertragsangebot, welches man direkt am selben Tag erhält. Ein Interview ist auf Englisch.

The interview process took significantly longer than expected, and communication throughout was slow and inconsistent. Updates were infrequent, and response times made it difficult to stay engaged. A more structured timeline and clearer communication would greatly improve the candidate experience.
