J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Strategy& (Londres, Angleterre) en déc. 2015
Entretien
Two rounds of interviews, both first and final round split into two case study interviews: 1 structured with a booklet you have to digest quickly and answer questions on (usually a market sizing evolving into a strategy discussion), the second being an unstructured case centred around synergies in a merger, entering a new market etc. Also numerical and non-verbal reasoning tests in first round of interviews which are considerably harder than the online ones.
Personally found the first round very straightforward but the cases in the final round were more challenging and tripped me up.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Strategy& (New York, NY) en sept. 2024

The interview was pretty standard in terms of case and behaviorals. Cases were about technology and data to analyze because that is what the position was. Interviewers were friendly, and process was not too long—I believe just 1-2 rounds. Declined offer for another firm, but interviewers reached out after to chat about the opportunity and were pretty transparent about what PWC/Strategy& had to offer in comparison.
