they ask some questions and take you to the shop floor where you talk to customers and people, the questions are very straightforward e.g. if a customer is looking for something what do you do ?

Not bad at all just be confidence and kind. show them that you have the qualities they need and all will be well! would also be good if you tried to ask questions at the end.
