1) Speak to a recruiter over the phone
2) Speak to engineering manager
3) Complete takehome assessment
4) Go over take home challenge and then coding interview
5) Meet with senior engineer
Pretty smooth. I had 2 interviews one with the director and one with the team. There was a take home technical challenge as well which the team looked at. Mainly soft skilled questions and then focus on the approach to solving the challenge. Everyone was nice.
