Applied online, within a week had an interview over the phone with HR, she forwarded my name to the store manager. The store manager contacted me to set up an interview. The interview was easy going and I was offered the position at the end of the interview.

Tell me about a situation where you had to deal with a difficult situation and how you handled it.
Very thorough - well thought out interview. interviewer was nice and experienced, pretty standard interview questions all around. there was also the ability to converse about the job and the responsibilities during and after the interview.

Entretien
Interview questions were pretty straightforward, questions about why you should be hired, and what will you bring to the team. I gave them scenery of how have been of great helps to customers, have had over positive feedback from customers over the years.
They ask you typical questions about customer service and solving people's problems. As long as you have ears on your head you can answer the questions they give you. Usually they sit outside the store and do the interview. Be prepared to have distractions walking around you.
