Start with the online application then on to testing, whereby there is a typing test, personality test (with some questionable questions) and a multitasking test. Also, after that you get called in for an interview with a haring manager for the job. They are a manager who actually manages people in the position. They are big on using situational interviews - where you say background, then your action and the result.

I received a phone call to schedule a virtual interview with 2 team managers. The interview was approximately 1 hour. I prepared by researching the role and products/service and this came in handy. This is a behavioural interview. They ask for you to share and describe detailed real life scenarios you have been in with customers. It’s handy to research this style beforehand so that you’re aware of what sort of answers the interviewers are looking for.
