I had sent in an application online for their Technical Support Specialist position. Within two days I received an email back wanting to set a time for a phone interview.
When the time came for the recruiter to call me for my phone interview she was 15 minutes late to our phone interview. From that point on the interview felt really rushed and that I was just another person to get through.
The interview questions were based on three areas: networking, databases, and analytical/math questions.
Unfortunately after answering these questions the recruiter told me that I am not a competitive candidate for the job.

It was an open session with multiple stages for the entire interview. There was food and drink offered since the whole process lasts up to three hours long. There was a background information bit at the beginning, written portion, technical test, cultural interview, troubleshooting test, and finally a more traditional interview. Everyone was very friendly, casual and accommodating. We were kept, usually in groups, in meeting rooms in between interview sessions.

I submitted an application online for an open interview, about 2 - 3 weeks later as expected I received a reply from recruiting and scheduled the interview online. Onsite I did a basic fact check interview, a communication skills test, a panel interview, a troubleshooting interview, and a rapid-fire knowledge test. The process was @ 3.5 hours, fast-paced but enjoyable.

30 minute conversation with a lady from HR with some technical questions. Started with a review of my resume and a chat about what I was looking at the company for, then moved onto a technical chat at a fairly basic level on networking, sql, databases.
