J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Tableau Software (Seattle, WA) en oct. 2012
Entretien
My phone interview went well and I was brought in for a round of panel interviews a few days later. Interviewing for a TPM is a little difficult because you have to be very thoughtful with your answers. Since a TPM works with both product management and technical teams, it can sometimes be difficult to keep your head straight when bouncing back and forth, especially with people that you have never met before. I believe that the interviews themselves went really well.
I received an email a couple of days later stating that they would not be moving forward. I did not receive any additional feedback as to why I was not given an offer. After a follow-up email asking for some feedback on the interview I still did not receive any sort of feedback.
I'm assuming I didn't not get the position due to some unknown "culture" issues. Being able to "fit-in" seems to be a priority at Tableau based on conversations I have had with other potential candidates.
