Initial phone screening and then asked to prepare a demonstration on the product. I was told this usually takes 3 days prep. I worked hard to learn the solution, put together a demonstration and script as well as learning company information. My interview was with a gentleman who had no interest and looked like he would rather be doing anything but interviewing me. After nearly a weeks worth of prep HR did not even have the decency to let me have feedback either way. It's a really disgusting way to treat people and from the other interview reviews seems to be happening consistently. Reputation is everything Tableau, remember that when looking down your noses.
