First you apply online, then you do a phone interview, then you may do a skype interview, then you may have an in person interview. I interviewed with four people total.

very difficult to win when they're so on point in a game that defeats the interviewer, why have I had so many jobs, and I could not say because "no one has ever really paid me enough to stay.
Interview process was very simple, which only required 2 steps. You speak with the recruiter and then in person with the hiring managers. Within the next 2-3 days you will find out if you got hired.
