Entretien
I had two telephonic interviews. One with the recruiter and the other with the Hiring manager.
It was an amazing experience. I applied online and I was contacted my the recruiter few days later. Had a phone interview with him then he promised to pass my resume across different teams. The propulsion team reached out to me and also had a telephone interview with the hiring manager. With him were two other Senior Industrial Engineers.

Entretien
About 4 rounds of interviews: initial phone screening, 1 on 1 with hiring manager, panel interview and following up with a project presentation. I got to the 2nd round and ultimately rejected. They will dive deep into your experiences so be sure to know them like th back of your hand.
Normal panel interview and also with team members and managers as 1:1 overall it is very typical what you can expect and the process is very straightforward they will also ask some behavioral question
First, had phone screening to go over the role, team, and interviewing stages. Then, had a follow up remote interview with one of the team members that dived more into the technical aspects and expectations of the role.
