Common HR phone interview that last not longer than 45 min. I was asked to explain my resume in detail: why did i choose my degree, majors, questions related to past work experience, etc.
With respect to Tesla and the job offer the typical questions as well: why Tesla, how do you imagine yourself working at Tesla, what is your motivation to work in the selected area, etc.
Finally the potential hiring process is described with clear timelines and procedures.
"Polite" interviewer that like in many cases does not write a short email rejecting you, not even after sending a follow-up email to her. I am a realistic person so i think I answered all the question fine enough and I admit i was confident about passing to next and last interview. Even I believed i impressed her by showing my knowledge about the company and Tesla´s particular plans on the job offer´s area. However, do not expect any answer if you are not lucky

What exactly motivates you to work in this certain area?
Invited me to an interview then ghosted me after I gave availability. They never scheduled the interview. When I followed up, the recruiter didn’t responded to my email. Not sure what happened
My interview was scheduled for about five days after the initial email from my recruiter. It was two 30 minute interviews with members of the prospective team. Standard questions were asked about me, my experiences, and why I think I am a good fit for the role.

1 technical interview followed by a recruiter call if you get the offer. The process was very fast and very simple. Highly recommend applying. The technical interview was amazing, and the interviewer was very understanding if i did not get the answer.
