The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person

Entretien
Tesla is a big company. When they hire for a Production Associate they hire in a big group. The way they do their interviews is by large groups on zoom. I was part of a 5-15 people applicant group. I was personally asked 1 question during the whole interview that lasted about 30 minutes .

Entretien
Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
Was a Phone interview followed by in person interview. Straight forward questions with straight to the point conversations. In person was a little more intense but nothing too difficult over all.
