I received an email from a recruiter for an initial screening interview request. We set up a time and I got interviewed by someone on the team. Pretty standard, and the questions included both behavioral and technical.

Process took 5 months until final round. 3 months completely in the dark. Last rounds were scheduled with less than a week's notice after being ghosted for 3 months. After final round it took them over a month to send a rejection notice.
