Was a controls team so heavy focus on vehicle dynamics basics as well as firmware. Initial assessment was on coderpad, then I had 2 rounds of interviews. Was extremely technical, basically no behavioral questions at all

2 rounds back to back for 45mins . Both started with an intro , resume overview , system design and then a technical round.
For real time system roles system design questions revolved heavily around what type of real time system would you choose in a particular situation (hard or soft real time) . How would you use interprocess communication

The interview process verifies from person to person. You might or might not get the screen call. After that there will a take home test coding round. Further 1 or 2 interviews 1 to 1. Lastly an HR round to iron out the details.
