Large group setting with orientation video & breakout interviews in groups of 3. interview lasts 10-15 minutes & they have you take a background test & a urinalysis as well.

What do you do to make sure you arrive to work on time?
The interview Process was not all that difficult. It was pretty straightforward and easy. My interview was over the phone since it was barely post COVID. It wasn't as nerve wrecking as it would have been if it were in person
Was a Phone interview followed by in person interview. Straight forward questions with straight to the point conversations. In person was a little more intense but nothing too difficult over all.

Entretien
Applied though website, Emailed with availability for phone interview. Phone call went well. Emailed again for onsite interview. Interviewed with production manager. Interview was short yet to the point. Emailed to set up drug screen and physical. Once both of those were submitted I was given instructions on when and where to report for training and day 1 of work.
