3 steps including recruiter, hiring manager and senior managerment. very tense but good experience, at home test and even most important questions should be answered just by innovation and curiosity

Entretien
Recruiter found me and asked if I was interested. Screening interview with recruiter. Next I was set up for a one hour hiring manager interview. Next I was set up for a one-on-one technical test interview. Next there was a Presentation interview for half a dozen people. After that was a series of series interviews, mostly on the spot technical interviews with multiple people all day long. All this took 1 month. Then 1 month of waiting until receiving a decision. A grinding and drawn out process that offered very little in return. I would not repeat this.

Why Tesla?
Numerous questions, all over the map, many of them technical that had did not have much to do with the requirements of the role.
Very detailed and technical but actually fun and professional! Interviews were more like technical discussions and not awkward question and answer sessions. Was the most memorable interview I’ve ever had.
