Proceso largo. Contacto de HR por teléfono 2 meses después de la solicitud online, entrevista rápida por teams con la misma persona y por último entrevista presencial en las oficinas. Para la entrevista presencial me pidieron realizar un ejercicio práctico y llevarlo preparado.
La entrevista presencial fue una dinámica de sobre 3h con 6 candidatos para dos puestos diferentes. Primero hubo una dinámica en grupo, luego entrevistas individuales con por separado con cada uno de los trabajadores que estaban haciendo la selección (unas 5 personas), después videollamada con el jefe de departamento de Europa.
The hiring process was three months long from the initial recruiting call to job offer/acceptance. The interview questions seemed rather lengthy and were average to above average difficulty. One thing would be to come in with as many examples as you can.

First off was a phone interview with a recruiter. After that, we set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. Lastly, I had a phone Interview with the Director of Construction.
