It was very fun. They asked about should cost modeling, how I will deal with issues when working cross-functionally with SIEs and DEs. Also asked I would communicate and negotiate with suppliers
Process took too long due to constant rescheduling meetings and questions irrelevant to the job and more focus on how "motivated" I am to do extra work for the position
Normal gsm hiring process with panel interviews from cross functional teams, lots of background question and some curve ball questions on geo diversification decision making mechanisms for strategic planning purposes
