The interview process was fast, i want to say within 2 week. Very professional, I went through an online interview, and an on site interview where i had a chance to Shadow a representative.

Most interview questions were simple, basic customer service questions. Ex: How did you handle a situation that involved an unhappy customer.

I applied online and it took about 2 weeks before I got an email asking me to do a HireVue interview. You basically record a video of yourself on your computer answering questions with a few written responses. About 3 weeks later, I did an in person interview with 3 managers and shadowed a current employee. That took about an hour and a half.

Entretien
You will have a phone screen interview, and then get invited in office for a 3 hour interview that includes a tour of the facility and 3 interview with 3 different people from the management team. The questions are behavioral based, so if you prepare well you will do fine.
