J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Thomson Reuters (Toronto, ON)
Entretien
The process started with a recruiter that reached out to me and worked to find a role that I was both interested and qualified for. There are three phases, the first is an online hackerrank assessment done on your own time. The second is a code pair over the phone. Finally there is 4 hours onsite. As the office is still growing there is a good chance one or more of the onsite interviews will actually be a video conference.
The SRE role puts engineers in charge of operations, giving them time and a mission to automate and build systems that scale. As such the interview questions will contain both aspects of development and those of typical system administrators/operations. As well, an understanding of the full software lifecycle is expected. Knowledge how code goes commit to production, standing up infrastructure, deployment, telemetry, performance, Linux internals, networking and application debugging skills are all relevant.
Overall the process was well defined and the recruitment staff was always in contact, ready to answer any questions.

Thomson Reuters is the worst interview experience I've faced in 7 years of my career. Please stay away and save your time & energy.
They took 2+ months, 3-4 rounds of interview of 1 hour each. Finalized package discussions but fail to release offer without any proper information or response. They're just bunch of unprofessional & lame HR team wasting our time & efforts. Please stay away.
