I spoke with the HR guy, and he said that someone would be getting back with me. About a week later, I got a call from one of the managers who was hiring for a phone interview. She was pretty cool, and seemed interested in my background. This was for the healthcare division, and I didn't have enough experience with medical claims to get the job, but they got back to me within a week after the phone interview to let me know by email.

Initial phone call, followed by a three hour interview, standard questions, in person. One or two follow up interviews with additional team members. General questions about previous work experience with data, general questions about the healthcare environment in the us, and previous consultative experience. Behavioral quizzes and questions about how to handle difficult situations.
