Multiple interviews: one phone interview with the recruiter, one phone interview with hiring manager, one video conference with product owner and hiring manager, one interview with User Experience Research team members.

First interview was by phone and it was a nice candid conversation. The second was meeting the same person who interviewed me about 3 weeks prior and the lead for the team in their office in Times Square. Lovely office space and seemed like a great place to work. Unfortunately the software they posted I would be utilizing they no longer had the licensing for so that dropped me right out of the running when they changed the program.
