Phone screening was smooth, it took 20 minutes. questions were more about the company and job description and motivation for the position. At the end HR specialist wanted to schedule an interview with the team leader, We scheduled an another phone interview with team leader this time. It took 35 minutes and questions were general about what have I done in my previous workplaces and so on. Some questions about crisis time management are asked too.
