Pretty straight forward and pleasant interview . Positive interview and really think if I'm hired I'll fit in well with the crew. Very laid back feel, and basic personality questions asked. Unique company and approach. I dig it. The process has taken a little time I've been through two interviews now and waiting on a call back with an offer. It's been roughly 3/4 weeks now. hope it works out.
Applied online and had one in person interview with the captain. It lasted maybe 10 minutes. Got a call a week or so later that I got the job. Very fast process.

The interview process was absolutely wonderful! I didn't feel stressed or nervous and it felt like I was just chatting with a friend! Trader Joes is a great company and the interview was great.
