J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. J'ai passé un entretien chez TransPerfect (New York, NY) en mars 2016
Entretien
I met a campus recruiter. He told me about the company, gave me his info and the interview process unfolded through him. He had me fill out an application on the website for official purposes and then I sent him my resume. He then set up a time for an interview over the phone. After that he had me do a skills test which took about 2 hours. He wanted me to come into the New York office for an interview. I couldn't make the interview time and soon after I accepted another offer and declined to continue down the interview process further.

very long, 5+interviews, and then they don't get back to you soon enough. HR tells you what you want to hear then they don't follow through on the benefits mentioned.

Entretien
Very lenghty process with several follow ups with no response. Turnover is I understand very high. Could be a good stepping stone as a junior but that is all. Team seem alright.
I did lots of interviews, got great feedback on each one. After the final one I was ghosted for weeks without a response. I reached out and they eventually replied and lowballed me with an insulting offer, much lower than normal for the role. I will never apply to work for them again. I think they were holding out to get someone cheaper.
