I found out about the QM position online and sent a resume and cover letter. Within a few days I received an email back and then set up a phone interview a few days after that. The phone interview lasted maybe 20 minutes, during which time they went over the usual boiler plate interview question. Next, I was asked to take a three part skills test, which consisted of various proof reading tests (attention to detail, that kind of thing). I took the first test and was told they'd get back to me in a week. Fast forward three weeks and I finally hear back from them asking me to begin the next phase. I took the second phase and was again told they would get back to me in a week or so. Fast forward about two weeks after that and I was told that I hadn't passed the second phase of testing.
