Entretien
Sent me an email asking to schedule an interview. She as more interested to know about my personal life than to know if I was qualified for the job. She started the interview asking about my last work experience, then asked what area I wanted to work in the future after that was all personal questions. The interview lasted less than 10 min she didn't talk about the position or about what they were looking for, was really the worst interview I had in a really long time. I am glad they did not requested me for other interviews, I could see how much they do not care for their employees.

Why I was moving to CA?
Where my husband work?
Why I wanted to work somewhere far from where he lives? etc etc etc
First call with HR, then with Dept Manager, then in-person interview with hiring managers. The whole process was quick, hiring managers were lovely and the questions were aligned with the role. Interview with Detp Manager was easy.

5 interviews (1 in person) for an entry level position and 2700-3300 salary/month. Told me only at 2nd interview that I'm expected to work overtime and weekends all the time.
Briefing with Human Resources team and interview with team head. Team head mentioned the company background and job details. Also gave a brief idea of the working environment, company benefits .
