The company is fatally flawed at communication. Every email you write them has a 50/50 chance of being auto-responded with an "out-of-town" email. In-depth interview process, including 3 phone interviews, a error-finding test, and two in-person interviews. At a certain point, you start to wonder if they are completely inept at communications or if they just have no respect whatsoever for the applicants. Always very nice in their communications, but took anywhere between one business day and 2 weeks to respond to a very basic email.
