J'ai passé un entretien chez TransPerfect (Denver, CO)
Entretien
The typical interview process consists of about three rounds. It usually begins with an initial screening by HR, where they go over your background, experience, and general fit for the company. The next round often involves a discussion with the hiring manager or team members, focusing on the specific role requirements, technical skills, and how you align with the team. They may ask behavioral and situational questions to assess problem-solving abilities. Additionally, they inquire about your expectations regarding salary, career growth, and whether you can work in the office or require remote flexibility.

Entretien
very long, 5+interviews, and then they don't get back to you soon enough. HR tells you what you want to hear then they don't follow through on the benefits mentioned.

Entretien
Very lenghty process with several follow ups with no response. Turnover is I understand very high. Could be a good stepping stone as a junior but that is all. Team seem alright.
I did lots of interviews, got great feedback on each one. After the final one I was ghosted for weeks without a response. I reached out and they eventually replied and lowballed me with an insulting offer, much lower than normal for the role. I will never apply to work for them again. I think they were holding out to get someone cheaper.
