Completed an application online and received an email shortly after to complete the assessment. A representative called me the next day to remind me to complete the test and schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was about 30 minutes. We discussed my experience and job history along with 3 to 4 behavioral questions. The lady was very pleasant, informative and thorough regarding the job details and what they seek in candidates. I passed the phone screening and went into the office for a face to face interview with 2 managers. They also were friendly and wanted me to elaborate on my job history and more behavioral questions. The interview lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. They asked about 6 or 7 more questions during this time period. I was informed I’ll hear back in few days so I’m hoping that I got the position! Update: received an email back that I did not get the position. Took about a week.

The first interview provided a lot of valuable information about the position and company. During the second interview, I gained deeper insights into the organization and appreciated the opportunity to meet the division manager.

I got an interview setup with a recruiter who broke up a 40 minute call into 2 sections. 1st half was for going over the role and actually asking YOU what do you know about travelers and why are you interested in the position? She also went over my resume with me and asked for highlights/summaries of what I did and why I left. The second half of the role was the infamous behavioral interview. which was okay, I'll put the questions down below
