Went through several interviews, the first two were by phone and the final was over video. Heard back within a week each step of the way and actually got a confirmation that I got the internship just two days after the final interview. All interviews were professional and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to offer.

Overall not too hard and straightforward. Behavioral first-round with general questions, and three one-on-ones meetings for second round interview. Be prepared to talk about Travelers, and aim for STAR interview responses.

Very behavioral. Just wants to see how you handle certain environments and asks for examples. Make sure to use the situation, task, action, and result method. Not looking for too much experience, as it is an internship after all
