The interview process was quick and efficient. I could access and see the status of my application online at any time. Spoke with a recruiter, who was very personable. I was given their decision in a reasonable time.

I found the experience interviewing at Travelers to be an exceptionally pleasant one. Cheryl truly made a positive impression on me with her professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. She explained the entire process, helped me understand the role, and described the responsibilities very well. I hope everyone finds a Cheryl to work with.

Question 1
They asked me what I was looking for in a new role. I felt that was such an important question because changing careers isn't just about finding the next employer/employee but finding a good fit for both.
There were two rounds of interviews, first with HR director and then with a team of attorneys. The HR interview lasted approximately 40 minutes, the attorney team interview lasted approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. The attorney interview consisted of both experience and behavioral questions in a round table fashion.
