The company really wants to get to know your interests, your extracurricular, and if you are a good fit for their company - make sure you show them you studied about their culture. 3 months after I submitted my resume, I was invited to complete a recorded video interview (about 6 questions, behavioral, nothing technical); 1 month after that I had a super Day in the NYC office (again, behavioral), then a week after that I had 3 phone calls with higher ups (Director of the department and other MDs).
