Thoughtful process--worked through several layers and multiple individuals to get a holistic perspective of the candidate and of the people you would work with. Long process of decision making but very positive throughout. Colleagiate atmosphere.
Initial HR screen was followed by interviews with team members. The team members were friendly and open about their group. UBS was very responsive throughout the process, getting back in a couple of days on scheduling and status.
