Entretien
First round phone interview followed by superday at NY office. First round consisted of fit questions, accounting questions and questions about current macro economy. Superday consisted of 4 20-30 minutes interviews. All fit questions, nothing technical, although that could be because I came from a non-business school. Could be different for business students.
Went very smoothly. Gave me a case and walked through some technicals. The case was rather long but gave plenty of time to prepare. There are many interesting behaviorals as well.

Entretien
The whole process is pretty standard. You have to do a test on your personality so that they can see your fit to UBS culture. Then move on to first round of interview which did take a pretty long time.
Interview process was quite disappointing. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming, and some interviewers came across as disengaged. Communication was not very clear, and the overall experience did not reflect a positive or supportive company culture.
