Entretien
HR sent an email with date and time setting up interview without any prior discussion. She sent couple of reminders on the same. Attended 2 interviews and cleared both. Interviewer mentioned she will setup next rounds after 2 days with senior manager. After that no communication. I sent an email to HR asking about next rounds but no response. Leadership candidates should be treated with more respect.

Entretien
There are generally three rounds of interview with final round with MD or equivalent generally. Difficulty level of the interview varies but all three rounds are technical in nature. Sometimes there could be two rounds only with third being HR
