Numerical tests followed by recorded video interview. About 5 questions, mostly motivational ones and about interest in program and bank rather than technicals. Questions gave plenty of time to think and answer.

The tests for the Spring Insight Program were great. Although fairly time pressured, I really appreciated that UBS sends your tests scores for you to review, highlighting potential areas for improvement.

The application involved: Situational judgement test, timed math based test with graphs and options of true/ false/ cannot say Logic game in which you have to identify a pair of shapes which follows a similar pattern. I did not get to the interview stage even though I got a very high score: 33/33 out of 37 questions 31/35 unlimited questions, fixed time
