Interviewed and took weeks before hearing back I didn’t get the job. Lack of communication setting up interview process as Skype and Microsoft teams invites were sent numerous of times.
Long and drawn out. Varying levels of interest from then interviewing team throughout the process. During the interview there were additional participants on the call that never introduced themselves or turned on their camera.
Extremely slow process. No Transparency and communication during the entire process. The interviewer frames a perception and is not willing to change or give a chance to fair communication and tries to sabotage the conversation.
4 rounds were there. 1st coding round. 2nd technical round. 3rd managerial round. 4th HR round.
2nd round was taken by project lead and 3rd was taken by project manager.
