I reached out to alumni at UBS and they called me for an informational interview. The interviews were very conversational and they were trying to judge my drive to do Investment Banking. All the questions were fit related.
Lateral interview - easy interview but declined with better offer, better reputation. Quick and simple process as clearly UBS needs bodies. Phone call, then superday with 3 interviews with VPs and MDs. No written and modeling test
